The primary objectives of the position are to ensure accurate fortnightly payroll processing for all Council staff, respond to a variety of queries in a timely manner, and provide a range of Payroll and Organisational Development related support and advice to employees & managers.

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the following:

• Chris21 experience required
• Local Government experience will be highly regarded
• Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience
• High level of attention to detail
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
• Sound numerical reasoning skills
• Well-developed analytical & interpersonal skills
