Be part of a highly skilled, well-supported trades team Gain hands-on training across a wide range of OEM equipment Enjoy a tight-knit work culture with ongoing recognition and support The Branch & Hours Your role as a field service technician means staying on the move - you will be building strong relationships with customers and working across a variety of job sites throughout Dalby and Toowoomba region. Standard hours: Mon-Thurs 7:00am-3:30pm with an early Friday finish (hours may be flexible) Regular overtime available, including weekend work for those wanting to boost earnings The Role & Machinery This role offers extensive opportunity to upskill across earthmoving, crushing, and screening equipment while taking on a mix of servicing and technical fault-finding. Scheduled servicing, component change-outs, PM work, and equipment/technology upgrades Breakdowns, diagnostics, fault finding, problem-solving, and warranty repairs Y our Skills & Experience To thrive in this role, you'll be a trade-qualified light vehicle or diesel mechanic with a proactive attitude and the drive to learn. Trade qualification with experience in heavy machinery, transport, earthmoving, or mining Materials handling experience is an advantage but not essential Ability to work independently in the field, managing breakdowns and problem-solving Hydraulic and electrical diagnostic skills highly regarded (full training provided) Strong customer service skills and a positive approach to work Seeking a stable, long-term opportunity with solid earning potential Whats Next?
