We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the installation and maintenance of technology products, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Customer Installations: Coordinate the end-to-end process for technology product installations, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
* Schedule Jobs with Field Service Team: Collaborate with technicians to schedule appointments and ensure timely service delivery.
* Provide Quotes to Customers: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for installations and repairs, providing customers with clear understanding of costs and services offered.
* Complete Supplier RMA Process: Handle return merchandise authorizations with suppliers, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
* Invoicing: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for completed jobs, maintaining transparent financial records.
* Update Customer/Supplier Database: Maintain up-to-date records for customers and suppliers, ensuring efficient communication and service delivery.
* Assist with Tier One Queries for Telematics Products: Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for telematics solutions, addressing customer queries and concerns effectively.
* Arrange Travel Bookings: Organize travel arrangements for field service staff when required, streamlining logistics and ensuring smooth operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
