Technical Documentation Role
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our Engineering Standards and Systems team in Melbourne, Victoria. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical writing and documentation, as well as strong English language writing, editing, and communication skills.
The role involves preparing and managing technical documents, coordinating workflows and reporting for the Engineering Management System, and working closely with subject matter experts across various departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining technical documents under the guidance of the Head of Engineering Standards and Systems.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain technical documents to the highest quality standards.
* Coordinate Engineering Management System actions and workflows.
* Act as the primary contact for standards and engineering change queries.
* Prepare reports and perform administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree or Qualifications:
* Degree or qualifications in Engineering/Technology (preferred), Communications, or Policy.
* Experience:
* Demonstrated experience in technical writing and documentation.
* Skills:
* Strong English language writing, editing, and communication skills.
* Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise documentation.
