The Position
- Manage 115 properties with assistance
- Leasing agent to support leasing
- No PCRs
- Routines outsourced during busy periods
The Criteria
- Experience managing a portfolio
- A team player attitude, accountability & sense of humor
- Valid Real estate registration and driver/'s license
- High attention to detail & organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
