**The Company**
Our client is an ASX listed company and of Australia's leading retail property groups with a fully integrated asset management platform & has retail assets under management across over 60 shopping centres.
**The Responsibilities**
- Supporting the Senior Brand Experience Executive, Head of Brand, Marketing & Experience and Regional Brand Experience Manager with stakeholder engagement, marketing strategy development and planning, B2B marketing collateral delivery, and project website management
- Strong understanding of retailer businesses & engagement
- Ensure regular communication & reporting with retail partners
- Understanding of local competitive landscape & key customer insights
- Ensure a level of customisation of the centre marketing plan
- Drive local community engagement, activations & partnerships
- Implement social & digital activity, monitoring and reporting
- Event, campaign & activation install, dismantle, risk assessments
- Day to day management during each event/campaign or activation
- Briefing of T&Cs;, escalating compliance & governance requirements
- Raising purchase orders, processing invoices, monthly forecasting & the annual budgeting process
- Centre operational support including & not limited to centre walks, duty management, customer service desk assistance, hoarding management, PA announcements, visual merchandising, recent store support, warden training, maintaining the marketing storeroom, updating resolve and consumer complaints and onsite contractor support
- Administrative & reporting duties will include & are not limited to preparing reports & attending CAR/PCG Meeting's & state meetings, Centre administrative support (from time to time) & the performance management of traffic, sales & campaign PIR's & compliance reporting
