Job Title: Document Management Specialist


About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Document Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records across the organization.



* Develop and implement efficient document management systems and processes.

* Manage and maintain physical and digital records, ensuring they are properly cataloged, stored, and accessible.

* Provide guidance and support to staff on document management best practices.

* Analyze and optimize document management workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.



Requirements:



* Post-secondary qualifications or proven experience in document management.

* Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.

* Current Victorian driver's licence.
