**A little about the role**
Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, the Accounts Administrator will provide administrative support across the Accounts Payable/Receivable and Account Reconciliation functions within KAA's National Support Services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing of corporate supplier invoices and credit notes.
- Processing supplier and Carer payments, corporate credit cards and prepaid transactions.
- Assisting with interim, annual, and acquittal audit processes by providing necessary financial data and documentation to external auditors.
- Managing and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Monitor and respond to finance-related queries, requests, and issues in the shared inbox.
The base salary for this position is $73,795.28 - $79,135.16 per annum (based on 1.0EFT) + super + salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum. This is a full-time ongoing position.
**About you**
To be successful in this role, you'll come with:
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role, with hands-on experience using MYOB Acumatica (Advanced).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or above).
- Excellent numerical and data entry skills, with high attention to detail.
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector or a willingness to learn (desirable).
