Key areas of practice will include:
- Strong experience within either NSW or QLD residential conveyancing.
- Commercial experience is welcomed.
- Experience in VIC, WA, SA, ACT or NT is a plus.
- Preparing settlement calculations.
- Liaising with agents, solicitors, mortgage brokers, banks and other financial institutions.
- Uphold legal compliance including stamp duty, registration fees.
