Drive readiness. Enable change.
Our Fed Gov Client is embarking on a significant, multi-faceted transformation—and are looking for an experienced ENMP Training Manager to shape and deliver the training strategy that will ensure our people are informed, capable, and confident as they transition to new ways of working.
This is a rare opportunity to lead training and knowledge transfer across a national, operationally critical environment. If you thrive on complexity, enjoy partnering with diverse stakeholders, and bring deep expertise in training for large-scale transformation, we'd love to hear from you.
The Opportunity
Working closely with implementation partners, Business Change Managers, Program Managers and SMEs, you will design, lead, and execute the integrated training approach for a high-impact, interdependent transformation program.
You will play a central role in driving adoption, supporting readiness, and ensuring training outcomes are embedded and sustained long after delivery.
Key to your success will be your ability to:
* Understand diverse operational environments and adult learning needs
* Build enduring relationships with training, operational and functional teams
* Deliver a cohesive training plan across multiple workstreams
* Provide strategic guidance to program leadership
* Ensure training handover is complete, clear and sustainable
If you enjoy balancing strategy with hands-on contribution—and can confidently lead training across a complex, geographically dispersed organisation—you'll excel in this role.
What You'll Do
* Develop and lead an enterprise-aligned training strategy that prepares our people for change from day one.
* Provide expert advice on adult education, training quality, and best-practice learning approaches.
* Partner with operational training teams, SMEs, change managers, comms and human factors specialists.
* Coordinate the planning, development and delivery of training across the portfolio.
* Ensure high-quality training materials, curricula, and knowledge transfer processes are delivered and handed over effectively.
* Identify training needs, risks, readiness gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Champion adoption and resistance management using practical influencing skills.
* Facilitate workshops and support problem-solving around training challenges.
* Report progress against training success measures at Program, Steering Committee and Enterprise Change levels.
* Actively contribute to the broader Change Community of Practice.
About You
