Job Description
This position involves managing inventory and storage areas to ensure consistent stock availability for site and engineering teams. Key responsibilities include facilitating requisitions, quoting, and invoicing for both internal and external stakeholders, as well as performing accounts processing and conducting monthly stock-takes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 2–3 years of hands-on experience in construction, manufacturing warehousing, procurement, or logistics.
* Experience operating forklifts (current forklift license required).
* Familiarity with mining, construction, or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
Candidates should also possess:
* Proficient skills in inventory management systems.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
* Sound analytical skills and good judgment with inventory-related decisions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
