About the role
We are looking for a full time Labourer to join our team. You will work alongside other team members on site, supporting day to day construction and concreting works and helping keep jobs running smoothly.
You will work both independently and as part of a team, following instructions and contributing to a positive, professional site culture. Some travel is required.
The standards are clear
You must:
* Follow verbal instructions from supervisors and team members
* Be able to perform manual labour and physical work
* Work hard and contribute positively to the team
* Turn up on time and ready to work
* Maintain a professional attitude
* Work safely and look after tools, equipment, and materials
* We expect everyone on site to work clear headed and safely, drugs and alcohol are not tolerated
This role is not suitable for anyone who is disrespectful, unprofessional, unmotivated, or not a team player.
What you will be doing
Your day-to-day duties may include:
* General labouring duties on site
* Assisting carpenters and other trades
* Site clean-up and preparation
* Manual handling and moving materials
* Supporting concreting preparations and works
* Helping ensure sites remain safe and organised

Construction or concreting experience is an advantage, but not essential for the right attitude.
Medium Rigid (MR) License is an advantage but not essential.
