Technical Operations Manager
The Technical Operations Manager is responsible for providing expert technical guidance in the maintenance of facilities.
This role requires a strong leader to coordinate technical activities, including:
* Managing and coordinating trade services staff
* Providing technical advice on operational and maintenance activities
* Monitoring and maintaining complex infrastructure systems such as electrical networks, emergency generators, UPS systems, HVAC, chiller plants, cooling towers, medical gas systems, steam systems, multi-site BMS, nurse call, sterilising plant, water quality management, fire management systems, and passenger elevators
Key skills and qualifications required include:
* Relevant engineering or mechanical/electrical trade qualification
* Technical knowledge and experience with maintaining and operating complex infrastructure systems
* Problem-recognition, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Experience in managing large infrastructure and asset bases
