Training Compliance Specialist
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a centralized framework for managing training requirements, including recording, tracking, and monitoring of training activities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining organizational training policies and procedures to ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Establishing and maintaining key performance indicators to monitor compliance performance.
* Optimizing the use of learning management systems as a central platform for recording, tracking, and reporting training compliance.
* Creating and delivering compliance reports and promoting training opportunities across the organization.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with people leaders and stakeholders to support capability development and training outcomes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a postgraduate degree in human resources management, education, or a relevant discipline, or significant experience in a related field.
Essential Experience:
* Proven experience in managing organizational training compliance, including the use of learning management systems.
* Skilled in conducting training needs analyses and developing training plans.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience preparing reports and presenting to senior leadership.
* Ability to interpret and apply policy and legislation in operational contexts.
* Self-motivated with the ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
* Demonstrated hands-on experience with learning management systems.
