About The Role
As the first point of contact, you will handle face-to-face and telephone customer interactions, managing sales, enquiries, and order preparation. This dynamic role offers varied daily responsibilities and opportunities to grow within a reputable company.
Primary Responsibilities
- Counter sales and enquiries
- Entering sales orders / answering telephone enquiries
- Providing customer quotes, order status updates, lead times etc.
- Picking and packing of orders, cutting material using an up-cut saw
- Operating forklifts for loading / unloading of trucks
- Vetting orders
- Product support to customers
About You
You will be a self-motivated person who enjoys working in a high-performance culture. To be considered, applicants must have:
- a reliable work history with a good attitude to safety
- medium level computer literacy
- the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely
Applicants must also be prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.
