As a Guest Service Agent, you will be instrumental in creating a positive first impression for our guests from check-in through to check-out. Your role will involve achieving positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring an efficient reception experience for our guests, including check-in and check-out procedures.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service. They will be able to work efficiently under pressure and have a strong attention to detail.
As a key member of our team, you will be expected to attend training courses when required and assist with the development efforts of the night team. You will also be responsible for maintaining a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages and promotions.
Maximizing room occupancy and using up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities are key aspects of this role. You will also be responsible for adhering to hotel security, fire regulations and health and safety legislation.
