Bupa Woodville is seeking experienced and compassionate aged care Support Workers Carers to join the team.
As a Carer, you will perform a variety of important duties within the care home, ensuring that the needs of our residents and the facility as a whole, are met.
What you will be doing
Provide personal care assistance with daily living
Assist with the delivery and administration of medication
Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
Maintain accurate health care documentation as required
Build relationships with our residents and their families
Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines and policies

Must Haves
Minimum of a Cert III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualifications
Previous aged care experience highly regarded, but not essential
The ability to work as part of a tight knit team and take direction as required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
Adaptable availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
