**About The Opportunity**:
The primary purpose of this position is to support the specialist key clinical and administrative staff. The role will be focused on driving the team to deliver high-quality, efficient, professional services to patients whilst achieving business and clinical goals and targets.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Support key clinical and administrative staff to deliver high-quality, efficient, and professional services to patients.
- Manage practice payroll, bookkeeping, data entry, and revenue.
- Handle the hiring process, employee training and development.
- Ensure practice compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including privacy and occupational health and safety.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, patient care, and inventory management of equipment and supplies.
- Develop growth through nurturing our referrers and client base, implementing marketing campaigns, healthcare partnerships, and market expansion.
- Enhance patient care quality through policy implementation that follows standards and best practices.
- Implement and maintain technology used to support the practice's operations and patient care.
**About You**:
- A proven performance and quick learner looking for a new challenge with longevity in a stable and supportive environment.
- Previous experience from a niche specialist practice, with a background in customer service and corporate administration, is desirable
- Broad computer literacy, including office suite products, medical practice software and CRM programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Efficient in completing tasks accurately and in a timely manner without compromising accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team environment and lead by example
