Job Summary
The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the management and coordination of all terminal-related operations. This involves overseeing shipping discharge operations, inventory management, and supervising terminal-related projects and maintenance activities.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in oil & gas or other hazardous environments and possess strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience. A vocational or tertiary qualification in an electrical or mechanical trade or a related discipline is desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards.
* Coordinate shipping discharge operations and manage inventory levels.
* Oversee, permit, and supervise terminal-related projects and maintenance activities.
* Achieve Incident and Injury-Free performance.
* Ensure that the facility operates in a safe and reliable manner.
* Support strategic and key infrastructure projects.
* Deliver high levels of service to internal and external customers, resellers, business partners, and other terminal gate customers.
* Meet all regulatory requirements.
* Ensure cost-effective management of assets and expenditure.
