A challenging and exciting Transitional Care Programme Manager role is available in the heart of Bayswater. This position provides quality care services for up to 30 residents in need of care and awaiting a return to their home or admission to Residential Aged Care.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced leader to provide efficient and effective management at our Transitional Care Programme residence. As part of the executive team, you will be accountable for the day-to-day operations and overall management of all aspects of the facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive quality in care, therapy, hospitality & customer service to ensure excellence is maintained in line with the organisation's vision, mission, and values.
* Provide clinical leadership and expertise.
* Support residents and their families.
* Ensure all aspects of care service delivery are compliant with relevant legislation.
* Manage all resources to ensure their efficient and effective use.
* Act as a role model to staff, promoting the organisation's values in everything you do.
* Lead, coach and direct human resources functions to ensure the delivery of quality care and lifestyle support services.

Essential Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Registered Nurse qualifications with current registration.
* Management/leadership experience in aged care, preferably in a residential setting.
* Extensive proven experience as a Clinical Manager or Facility Manager in aged care.
* A comprehensive understanding of aged care regulations and quality management systems.
* Sound business acumen including knowledge of budgets and finances.
* Full Australian working rights and current national police clearance.
