* Mon–Thu: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
* Fri: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a motivated, hands-on Branch Manager to lead our Canberra, ACT branch. This role is ideal for an experienced trade professional—such as a carpenter, air‑conditioning technician, or auto mechanic—who is ready to step into a leadership position within a well‑established, reputable business.
As Branch Manager, you will:
* Lead, coach, and develop staff to exceed sales, service, and profitability targets.
* Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with our valued trade and retail clients.
* Prepare accurate quotes and job estimates.
* Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company processes and OHS requirements.
