About the Role

We're seeking a hands‐on Marketing & Brand Manager to lead and deliver MLG's marketing, brand and communications activity across the business. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will own the brand across all channels, develop and execute campaigns, produce high‐quality content, and support initiatives spanning business development, recruitment, safety, ESG and corporate reputation. This role suits someone who can balance strategy with delivery in a fast‐paced, operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Grow the MLG brand across digital, print, sites, fleet and corporate materials.
* Develop the annual marketing plan and manage the marketing budget.
* Deliver marketing and digital campaigns supporting business development, recruitment and stakeholder engagement.
* Produce content including case studies, capability statements, announcements, internal communications and social media updates.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape and execute brand and marketing strategies
* Manage website updates, analytics, and social media presence.
* Coordinate events, sponsorships, industry conferences and community initiatives.
* Support executive communications, tenders, presentations and major project announcements.
* Build a strong content library by capturing stories, imagery and updates from across the business.

About You

You are a confident communicator who enjoys moving between strategy and hands‐on delivery. You're organised, adaptable and commercially minded, with the ability to work independently in a lean team environment.

You'll bring:

* A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar.
* 7–10+ years' experience managing marketing initiatives, ideally in an industrial or operational setting.
* Strong digital marketing skills including campaign planning, SEO/SEM fundamentals, email and social media management.
* Excellent writing skills and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
* Experience managing websites, analytics tools and external suppliers.
* Desirable: graphic design capability (Adobe Creative Suite) and CMS experience (WordPress).
