Senior Recruiter Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to take ownership of our Trades Maintenance recruitment portfolio.
* Manage recruitment for mining Trades Maintenance roles, including HD Fitters, Auto Electricians, Boilermakers, Electricians, HV roles, Operators, etc.
* Build strong pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and industry engagement.
* Partner with clients to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality placements.
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience recruiting for Trades Maintenance roles in the mining sector (agency or internal).
* Strong networks across WA mining / resources.
* High-level communication and relationship-building skills.
