About the Role As a Front Office Coordinator at our Albert Park office, you’ll be the welcoming face of our team, delivering exceptional reception services and providing vital campaign administration support to multiple high-performing agents. Key Responsibilities Office Coordination & Front-of-House Greet visitors warmly and manage inbound calls with professionalism. Organise boardroom bookings, monitor office supplies, and oversee facilities. Ensure the reception area upholds our premium brand standards. Handle client enquiries efficiently and coordinate internal communication. Campaign Administration Prepare listing kits, presentations, suburb and market reports, and inspection packs. Provide tailored campaign support for several agents, assisting with administrative and marketing needs. Support sales, property management, and executive teams with accurate, proactive administrative assistance. Qualifications & Skills Experience in real estate administration, front office reception, or a premium client service role. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage priorities for multiple agents. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and related administration systems.
