Aspen Medical is seeking a Travel Coordinator to organise the movements of Aspen Medical Employees and Health Professionals as required within operational requirements. In this full-time permanent opportunity, you will be responsible for the creation, improvement and implementation of efficient administrative procedures and processes for Aspen Medical in addition to organising all travel and accommodation for our key stakeholders.The responsibilities of this role include: confirming the availability and tentative itineraries with the traveller or travel arranger for approval coordinating bookings for Aspen Medical apartments including housekeeping, security, maintenance and other tasks as required including visiting the apartments liaising with staff members and or administration teams regarding their travel, accommodation and visa requirements building strong relationships with Aspen Medical's nominated travel company (TMC) updating airline credit reports weekly and use these credits wherever possible providing recommendations to the Corporate Facilities and Travel Manager on improvements to the current systems, policies and procedures providing monthly reports to management for review when necessary performing other duties as requested by the Corporate Facilities and Travel Manager. Experience, Qualifications and Documentation Required: previous experience working in the travel industry strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines the ability to work effectively within a team environment demonstrates accuracy in work works in a professional and energetic manner the ability to problem-solve and perform well under pressure.
