Change Coordinator Role
This role is responsible for supporting the effective implementation of change initiatives by assisting in planning, communication and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct impact assessments and help develop communication and training plans to ensure a smooth adoption of changes.
* Monitor progress of change efforts, address challenges and provide ongoing support to teams to ensure changes are effectively embedded across the organisation.
Requirements
* Proficiency in Excel data analysis and creating PowerPoint presentations.
* Ability to plan, implement and monitor change in a positive and collaborative way.
* Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, training, and communication.
* Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting with the ability to listen, understand and ask the right questions to develop and deliver quality support to organisational change.
