As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the company's presence in Australia and New Zealand by developing local marketing initiatives that support pipeline growth, market expansion, and long-term development.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the field marketing strategy by creating localized programs that align with pipeline goals, market expansion, and long-term growth in Australia and New Zealand
* Collaborate with Regional Sales Teams to align on objectives, prioritize investments, co-develop playbooks, and ensure tight coordination between marketing activities and outbound sales efforts.
* Lead integrated multi-touch campaigns using a mix of field events, account-based marketing, local partnerships, and community activations tailored to the local market
About You
* 3–5 years of proven field marketing experience in the region
* Ability to partner closely with Sales Teams and Partners to build pipeline-generating programs that align with business objectives.
* End-to-end experience with event planning and execution from strategy and messaging to logistics and reporting.
