While the role has strong ties to our Kalgoorlie and Newman Service Centres, it can be based at any Epiroc branch across Australia, offering flexibility to the right candidate.As the Service Optimisation, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to coordinate service planning, warranty support, and component management—helping drive efficiency and service excellence across our operations.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain maintenance schedulesProcess and support warranty-related activitiesCollaborate with Components and SX teams to manage maintenance programsLiaise with suppliers and internal supply chain to ensure material availabilityCoordinate with third-party contractors for production-related activitiesEngage directly with customers and vendors to support operational outcomesAbout You:To be successful in this role, you will bring:Prior experience in planning, supervisory, and warranty roles within an OEM environmentProven capability in scheduling, resource planning, or project managementStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent organisation and attention to detailClear and confident verbal and written communication skillsExperience with ERP/MRP systems and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and ProjectA collaborative, inclusive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamWhy Epiroc?Epiroc is a global leader in mining and infrastructure equipment, with over 13,000 employees across 150 countries.
