We are currently accepting applications for a Senior Consultant – Test & Evaluation to join our GWEO Services team based in Canberra.
Responsibilities
* Test planning and strategy
* Developing and maintaining the test and evaluation master plan (TEMP)
* Defining test objectives, scope and success criteria aligned with capability requirements and functional performance specifications
* Liaising with test teams and testing agencies
* Coordinating test schedules, resources and facilities to meet project timelines
* Overseeing the conduct of trials, experiments and evaluations in accordance with approved plans
* Ensuring adherence to safety, security and quality assurance standards during testing
* Data analysis and reporting
* Liaising with project managers, engineering teams and end‐users to ensure test activities align with requirements
Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Experience in managing complex test and evaluation programs
* Familiarity with Defence acquisition processes and standards
* Strong knowledge of test and evaluation methodologies and standards
* Excellent project management and leadership skills.
* Analytical and problem‐solving capability with attention to detail.
* Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be eligible for Australian Defence security clearance. Current security clearance is advantageous.
