We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team in Orange.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, handling tasks such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet clients and provide a professional welcome experience
* Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments
* Conduct pre-appointment calls and liaise with internal teams
* Accept and organize tax return drop-offs
* Process payments and manage office banking
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in reception or administrative support, strong communication and customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Benefits:
This is a part-time role with the possibility of extended working hours during peak periods. The hourly rate is $34.59 per hour, inclusive of casual loading.
