The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated General Labourer to manage and maintain the grounds and yard of our site.
Your main duties will include:
Site Presentation: Ensuring the yard, gardens, and all other site areas are well-maintained, clean, and tidy.
Gardening & Groundskeeping: Looking after the garden beds, mowing, weeding, and general landscaping to ensure a professional appearance.
General Labouring: Assisting with various manual tasks around the site as required.
Driving: Operating work Utes on site for transport of materials and equipment. Please note: While most Utes are automatic, the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle is highly desirable as one utility vehicle is manual.
What We Are Looking For:
Valid Driver's Licence (Mandatory): You must be licenced and comfortable driving work Utes on site (automatic and potentially manual).
Willingness to Work Outdoors: The majority of your work will be out and about, so you must be prepared to work in all weather conditions, including the heat.
Robust Work Ethic & Reliability: We require excellent attendance and a 'can-do' attitude.
Availability: Must be available to work Monday to Friday.
Physical Fitness: The role involves manual labour and physical exertion.
