The Opportunity

Based in Geraldton, WA, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for undertaking the coordination of service delivery in the business operations to a consistently high standard of operational excellence.

Responsibilities Also Include

* Coordinate daily schedules to support customer requirements and intercompany transfers of waste.
* Manage driver payments, purchase orders and reconciling.
* First point of contact for sub‐contractors, Cleanaway drivers and internal queries.
* Order placement and other necessary administrative duties.

About You

Experience in transport or logistics is beneficial, but we are happy to consider candidates from other sectors as long as you are a quick learner, switched on, and have a strong attention to detail.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Some basic bookkeeping/Payroll experience or knowledge.
* Ability to resolve problems effectively and efficiently.
* Good computer skills with experience in Excel.
* Proven ability to be agile in a fast‐paced environment with conflicting deadlines.
