Graphic design manager (pyrmont)

GRAPHIC DESIGN MANAGER | BRAS N THINGS

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer who loves managing people as much as they do typography and conceptualising current ideas. This is a fixed term contract role to end April 2026.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will lead a team of 3 Designers to implement brand look and feel across Bras N Things and Berlei, in line with brand guidelines. From concept and creative development to finished art, print and production management digital design, the role is focused on delivering brand impact through the implementation of beautiful, added value graphic design solutions.

As well as supporting a team of talented Graphic Designers, this role also oversees project management, the workflow of incoming jobs and participates in key cross‐company projects. Communication, collaboration and keeping calm under pressure are all crucial in the success of this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 Designers to implement brand look and feel across Bras N Things and Berlei.
• Oversee project management, workflow of incoming jobs, and cross‐company projects.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed from concept through final production.
• Manage production, print and digital design tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain effective communication.
• Maintain composure under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Advanced computer skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
• 8-10 years experience in agency or in‐house design studio.
• Minimum 5 years team management experience.
• Understanding of printing capabilities – local and overseas markets.
• Knowledge of packaging and raw materials desirable.
• Qualifications in Graphic Design.
• Expert knowledge of project management tools, resource planning and digital asset management with experience building processes and systems for scale as volume increases.
• Proven experience effectively managing large‐scale projects from brief through to delivery.
• Exceptional organisational skills for managing work and organising teams.
• Strong people skills and ability to negotiate timelines and priorities across the business.
