Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Professional to provide exceptional customer experiences throughout the purchasing journey. The successful candidate will work closely with our Building & Design Consultant to ensure business objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Take responsibility for day-to-day operations of the display centre
* Greet and assist visitors to the display home, schedule appointments
* Support customers through the sales cycle from developing/qualifying leads to nurturing and closing
* Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions
* Collaborate with the Building and Design Consultant to achieve business goals
* Evaluate sales documentation and paperwork for accuracy and completeness
* Collaborate cross functionally with all departments
