This role also requires the combination of fostering strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and strong organisational skills to deliver on service promises to meet the needs of our valued customers.
**DUTIES**:
- Provide effective assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring and review of case plans to achieve identified outcomes for our customers
- Oversee an allocated caseload/program.
- Work with our allocated team leaders to assist with the management of staff to ensure our teams are operating within NDIS standards/guidelines.
- Assistance/liaising with rostering team and the on-call team as required.
- Attending stakeholder meetings and maintaining positive relationships with external stakeholders.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Supporting participants with budget management and NDIS funded supports administration activities to achieve a participant's goals and outcomes.
- Providing information and advice to participants about the management of their NDIS funding to purchase supports in accordance with a participant's plan budget.
- Upholding participant rights as consumers and enabling a participant to exercise greater choice and control over the supports and services they engage.
- Managing the NDIS claims and disbursing funds to providers for delivered services promptly.
- Critically analysing and interpreting many forms of information including NDIS Legislation, medical and occupational documentation to verify entitlements.
- Undertaking robust procedural reviews and demonstrating an ability to be a decisive decision maker.
