This role is focused on providing trusted support to our government customer base as a technical advisor.
You will be working closely with customers and vendors, developing strong relationships to drive business outcomes. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for solving complex problems in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Account Support Manager will perform a range of activities depending on customer need, including acting as a single point of contact and managing routine maintenance support. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional results.

About You:
* Proven experience in account management or related field.
* Hold an NV or higher Security Clearance.
* Able to work independently with high integrity.
* Previous experience in a customer-facing IT or engineering role preferred.
