You’ll build long-lasting relationships; become a trusted problem-solver and an expert in the RV Industry.ResponsibilitiesAssist our Delivery Coordinators to host the customer(s) on delivery day from the moment they arrive through the moment they leave, creating an engaging and fun experience.Become an RV expert and learn how to effectively teach customers how to fully utilize their RV (training provided).Use a guided delivery sales presentation to showcase RV accessories they will need and want to have a successful RV experience, including coordinating the installation of any purchases.Work collaboratively with the special order parts team, sales, and technicians to help locate and identify needed parts and accessories.QualificationsMinimum of a High School Diploma is required.Previous customer service experience is required.
