About The Chance:
As a P&C; & Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of payroll and accounts processes. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Processing the end-to-end weekly payroll with accuracy and efficiency
Facilitating smooth onboarding processes for new employees
Being the first point of contact for employee and payroll inquiries
Assisting in the content updating of the Management Staff Website
Supporting managers in the recruitment process
Being the first point of contact for all suppliers
Coordinating the workflow in the Light Year invoice management system
About You:
2+ years of experience as an Accounts Administrator
High-level written and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively communicate and maintain relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills
Willingness to learn, show initiative, and adapt to a changing environment
You will also have:
Experience with payroll processing and HR systems
Knowledge of employment policies and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
