Company Description

EXCEL Building Management is a leading Building Management company servicing Sydney's High-end Residential and Commercial Strata Title Markets. Our core in-house services include Building Management, Concierge and Cleaning Services, and we manage a large portfolio of high-profile clients based in Sydney and foster a workplace of transparency, collaboration, respect, and integrity. We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our Company.

Responsibilities

* Recruitment
o Assist with the onboarding process for current hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
o Create and maintain accurate employee records in our Employment Hero applicant tracking system and other databases.
* Team Scheduling and Co-ordination
o Create team rosters for staff attendance according to approved schedules.
o Distribute rosters to team members via Employment Hero.
o In conjunction with management, coordinate staff leave ensuring all shifts are completed in accordance with contractual requirements.
o Reconcile attendances and support payroll process.
o On a rostered basis, manage out-of-hours team leave requests that have required escalation due to unexpected illness or emergency.

Qualifications

* Qualifications in Human Resource Management would be welcomed.
* Microsoft Office skills – Outlook, Excel, Word.
* A solid administrative background.
* An appreciation of customer service.
* You will be process driven, outcome oriented, and have a high level of attention to detail.
* Previous experience in the strata industry is a plus.

Additional Information

* Applicants are required to be eligible to work in Australia and, upon being successful in the recruitment process, you will be required to present your Police Check.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm in Pyrmont NSW.
