About the Role:
Due to continued growth, Mader are currently seeking a HSE Advisor to join our Fixed Plant Maintenance team at Christmas Island for an initial 6-8 weeks assignment (whole duration on the Island), with the potential to extend to an ongoing position or other opportunities.
Working on the mine site operations, this is an excellent opportunity to ditch the red dirt and try something new - tropical island paradise.
Onsite accommodation, meal allowance & work vehicle provided.
This is a FIFO role ex. Perth - Interstate candidates considered.

What do I need to join?
* 2+ years experience working in a HSE Advisor role (preferably within the mining industry)
* Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety or above
* Able to work independently, with the ability to carry out incident investigations & reporting
* Drivers Licence
* National Police Check within 3-6 months or willing to obtain
* Construction Card
* Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
* Strong commitment towards safety and quality
* Motivated and hard-working with a professional attitude
