**About the role**

We're looking for an **Account Manager **who is passionate about helping customers succeed. The role also involves managing and expanding our distributor base, servicing our Paint Specialist network, and working closely with aligned applicators. Ideally, the position will be based in the territory of Western Australia.

**Responsibilities**
- Finding new business opportunities within the construction, trade, and reseller industries
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Managing the Western Australia region, with occasional trips to other areas
- Ensuring profitable outcomes for both the business and its customers
- Providing technical assistance

**Skills & Experience**
- Capable of working with mínimal supervision and managing call cycles effectively
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to uncover and develop new business opportunities
- Proficient in computer and technology skills, with experience in CRM platforms being advantageous
- Trade and B2B sales experience is a plus
