Quality Assurance Manager

* Lead and manage quality assurance programs across Australia, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Conduct supplier audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews to ensure the highest level of quality in all aspects of our business.
* Respond to critical complaints from customers and stakeholders, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
* Develop and maintain quality risk matrices and testing protocols to minimize the risk of non-compliance.
* Manage the Assured Supplier Program and support supplier development to ensure long-term relationships with high-quality suppliers.
* Provide technical support to operations and customer relations teams, ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills required to deliver excellent service.
* Coordinate product testing, recalls, and food safety training to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality.
* Collaborate with leadership to align quality initiatives with organizational objectives, driving continuous improvement and excellence throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in quality assurance and food safety, with a strong background in auditing and compliance.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as food science or quality management.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
