About The Role
As the Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships within the fitness and wellness industry, serving as the main point of contact for major accounts. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their brand goals and deliver tailored merchandise solutions that align with their vision. Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate with internal teams across design, production, and logistics to ensure timelines are met and products meet quality standards. You’ll also present new product ideas, identify opportunities to grow accounts, and provide a seamless, consultative experience that drives long-term client success.
This role includes the support of a dedicated Sales Coordinator, who will report directly to you and assist with coordinating the sales cycle and managing project flow.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales or account management background and who has a solid understanding of the fitness, wellness and/or retail sectors. You will be a commercially-minded and confident professional who enjoys building deep, consultative relationships and thrives on delivering creative, high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients by understanding their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities through existing clients.
* Work closely with internal teams such as; design, production and logistics to deliver tailored solutions and customer satisfaction.
* Navigate product development cycles, lead times, and offshore manufacturing.
* Maintain accurate sales pipelines and provide regular updates on sales performance.
* Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends.
To be successful you’ll bring:
* A passion for health, fitness, or wellness and a desire to work with brands that align with your values.
* Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, preferably within the sportswear, lifestyle, or fashion industry.
* Confidence to deal directly with business owners and senior decision-makers.
* Proactive and energetic mindset with strong negotiation skills.
* Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
* Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key accounts and grow sales.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Monday.com
* Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
