About The Role
In this customer facing role, you will:
Deliver accurate and efficient service across everyday banking transactionsManage customer flow and queue times in a busy branch environmentHelp customers discover products and services that add real valuePromote digital banking options including ATMs, PAYs, and Internet BankingResolve customer enquiries at first contact, escalating when requiredFollow Auswide policies, compliance, and risk frameworksWork collaboratively as part of a supportive branch teamContinue building your knowledge and capability on the job
