Skills & Experience
* Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
* Ability to diagnose and resolve networking issues
* Proven experience in network systems configuration, testing and installations
* Excellent troubleshooting skills with proven capability
* Knowledge of MS Windows OS & MS Office Suite
* Experience in MS Active Directory & IP telephony would be an advantage
* Ability to work independently and communicate directly with onsite client
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* IT degree, training, or experience
* Strong time management and prioritizing skills
* IMACD (service requests)
* BreakFix (incidents)
* Smart Hands support
Responsibilities
* Provide IT support for PCs, mobiles, printers, AV devices and basic networks
* Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues related to end‐user devices
* Installing and imaging PC devices in a Windows environment
* Provide 1st and 2nd level deskside support
* Provide hardware support in a data centre environment
* Liaise with remote support to resolve issues
This role is ideal for freelancers, part‐timers, or technicians looking to supplement their schedule. Shifts vary depending on bookings and may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
