Take over the management of this well-maintained residential portfolio with the support of 2 team members in this exciting & rewarding position.

Duties:
Armed with support including a Leasing Executive, the Accounts team, and an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:
1. Day-to-day management of 250 properties
2. Coordinating duties for your POD
3. Undertaking routine and final inspections
4. Rental increases and lease renewals
5. Dispute resolution and NCAT if needed
6. Source new business for additional commission (optional)
Specific requirements:
Our client is very open on experience and background, but you should be able to demonstrate:
* Capability to autonomously manage a residential portfolio
* A car and driver’s license
* Participation in annual “merit” bonuses, quarterly dinners, and end-of-year party
