We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated IT professional with great communication skills to join our awesome IT Support Team.The permanent role is based initially in our Ipswich office and will require travel to client sites from time to time.What would you be doing?
Working collaboratively as part of the IT Team for our clients remotely and onsiteAssisting with client projectsComplete allocated tasks with guidance from senior staff in project workCreate and complete job tickets within a reasonable time frame, recording work with appropriate accuracy and detailsWork autonomously and identify when tickets need to be escalated to a senior technicianWorking with our clients directly as a part of our support teamReview and update client documentationAssist with identifying reoccurring issue or capacity issues and informing senior staffOther favourable qualifications and demonstrated experience:Demonstrated Experience working with Microsoft Cloud technologies – M365, EntraID, Intune / Endpoint Manager, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Teams Online, Defender, WDACMicrosoft Certifications in M365 and other technologiesAwareness of CyberSecurity and Essential 8Relevant university IT degree or equivalent experienceKnowledge of Infrastructure (Virtualisation, Servers and Storage Systems)Active Directory, Group PolicyWhat's in it for you?
