Experienced Diesel Fitters wanted for the Mt Carlton Gold Mine in North Queensland, supporting a major mine restart with a well‐established ASX‐listed mining contractor.

The Role
Working within the maintenance team, you'll be responsible for planned and breakdown maintenance across a fleet of mining mobile plant equipment.
Fleet onsite includes:
* Liebherr R9150 Excavators
* Hitachi EX1200 Excavators
* CAT 777 Dump Trucks
* CAT 14M & 12M Graders
* D9 & D10 Dozers
* CAT 980 & 988 Loaders
* Compactors
* Water Carts
* Moxy Dump Trucks
Duties include:
* Breakdown repairs and fault finding
* Planned maintenance and servicing
* Diagnostics and troubleshooting
* Inspections and preventative maintenance
* Maintaining safe work standards onsite
What We're Looking For:
* Cert III Diesel Fitter / Plant Mechanic / Mobile Plant Technology
* Minimum 12 months post‐trade experience considered for the right attitude
* Previous mining experience highly regarded
* Proven experience working across OEM mobile plant equipment including CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi and Liebherr
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
* Safety‐focused attitude
* Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
