Job Description
* Develop, own, and manage budgets, forecasts, and rolling financial plans aligned with business goals.
* Conduct detailed financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate closely with commercial teams (sales, marketing, supply chain) to provide financial insights that drive growth and profitability.
* Analyse cost structures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency without compromising quality.
* Partner with supply chain and operations to optimise inventory levels, reduce working capital, and improve cash flow management.
* Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
* Lead process improvements in financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis tools (e.g., BI platforms, ERP systems).
The Successful Applicant
* 5+ years proven experience in commercial finance, preferably within FMCG, retail, or a fast-paced consumer environment.
* Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., PowerBI).
* Solid understanding of commercial drivers such as pricing, trade spend, cost control, and profitability analysis.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent business partnering abilities with the capacity to communicate complex financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
* Worked in a multinational environment previously.
