Immediate Opportunities
We are looking for a person with a positive attitude, who can provide administrative support to our team and liaise with clients face to face.
You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and handle daily tasks efficiently. A minimum of 2 years of industry experience is required, ideally in a similar role where you understand the importance of accuracy and punctuality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
* Handle administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping
* Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to resolve queries and issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Competency in Windows/Excel and working knowledge of Rest, File Smart, Inspection Manager, and Agent Box
